Jenna Sanders, AMFT
Jenna is a registered Associated Marriage & Family Therapist, who has extensive experience working with children, young adults, and families as a Masters student and registered AMFT. She graduated with honors and earned her Master’s in Clinical Psychology in 2016. Jenna is also an alum of the University of Texas at Austin, where she graduated cum laude with a double major in Communications and Business.
Jenna has held several counseling and therapist positions, in which she has utilized Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as a majority of her interventions, an orientation which has proven to provide patients with fast and effective results. She has had extensive experience working with a diverse population, which affords her a unique perspective and distinctive approach to her therapeutic techniques and orientation.
Jenna has a passion for empowering her clients to gain insight and a deeper understanding of their core beliefs and values and how to leverage that to further understand their interpersonal relationships through CBT and other methods. Drawing on a variety of counseling and therapeutic techniques, she guides clients to building a stronger foundation for a healthy future and stronger understanding of themselves.
Jenna is currently advancing her knowledge and practice as a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist and is currently being supervised by Dr. Katy Mannetta, Ph.D.
