March 16, 2020 - Message From Belmont Psychological Services
During this difficult time, it is our sincere hope that our clients, colleagues and neighbors remain safe and healthy. Please know that we are still here to help.
In accordance with current CDC direction, our therapists are primarily offering services online and by phone. However, as essential healthcare providers, we do continue to offer services in-person for those patients whose assessment and/or treatment would be compromised by the online modality. These decisions are made by the clinician in cooperation with the patient and the patient's family and on a case by case basis.
In order to accommodate patients who are treated in person, our team has adopted a number of precautionary measures to ensure the safety of our patients and our staff. Prior to your appointment, our office manager will be in touch to review the procedures and prepare for your visit.
The decision to return to the office full time will continue to be assessed on a week by week basis. Please know that our team will be monitoring the situation closely and taking into consideration any new information as it is disseminated.
Thank you for your patience. We look forward to resuming our normal practice as soon as possible. Please call the clinical director, Dr. Katy Manetta, at 562-799-6700 ext. 1 with any questions, concerns or input related to these issues.
